C 1890's English "The Quadrant Tricycle" (Birmingham). Original decal. Retains pedals, saddle, brake, headlamp. Saddle deteriorated, new tires. Also marked "Samuel....Baltimore" (United States Agent). 24" front wheel, 36" rear wheels. Good condition. Provenance: James Carpenter Collection Part II.
