c. 1890 Victor Female Model C "Victoria" cushion tire safety bicycle. 20" frame, 29" wheels, older restoration. Incorrect handle bars, incomplete brake hardware, "Lohmann's Perfecta" head lamp, chain guard, front and rear fenders. Incorrect pedals, VG cond., needs work and TLC.
